Halloween 2007

We didn't think Jasper could be any more of a hit than he was in his Yoda costume last year but we were wrong.

This year, while I was in my last few months of pregnancy with Jayna we had asked Jasper what he wanted to be for Halloween. He immediately replied, Storm Trooper! Which we thought was interesting because they were the one thing that he was really scared of at the Star Wars convention (I guess he's trying to conquer his fears). We then asked Jasper, what do you want Papa to be? he said, Storm Trooper....and Mama? Tiger...what about baby? he said, Duck.

When we asked him again a few weeks later he spouted out all of the costumes exactly and sounded very sure that he wanted us to be them. So we decided, why not? Chad and Jasper can be Storm Troopers, I can be a Tiger and Jayna can be a duck.

We went out to Russell street in Berkeley with our friends, Jeff, Cassie and their two daughters Zoe and Maia, Lisa, Dave and their son Noah and Noah's Grandma Jean, Laura, Guy and their two kids Roan and Quinn and a few of Lisa's friends too. Chad and Jasper were such a hit! Chad had young teenagers come up to him and say, "Give you props man" and "YEAH! Baby Storm trooper" and "You are so cool, Storm Trooper" We had several people, I think they were from Japan, ask to take pictures with Chad and Jasper and several people say they had the best costume they had seen all night.
